Can I ship to a PO Box?
Yes absolutely because we use Australia post
Can I pick my order up in Preston, Victoria?
Yes you may, please email us at hello@emeshi.com.au if you would like to pick up your order in Preston and we will send you the correct code for pick up with no shipping.
Please note, these orders still may take 2-3 business days to prepare.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow one to two working days to prepare your order and then the standard time Australia post takes which can vary depending on the time of year. Orders are shipped using Australia Post trackable express service. For all international orders we used Australia Post worldwide shipping.
Can I change my order?
Once your order is placed unfortunately we can not change your order
Can I return my emeshi bag?
If you discover a manufacturing fault that we may have overlooked you are welcome to post it back and we can either return your money or send you a replacement free of charge. We, unfortunately, do not exchange on the basis of colour variations as colours may appear slightly different in website images or for a change of mind.
Why does my emeshi bag not look “perfect”?
emeshi bags are hand-cut and sewn there may be irregularities that make your bag uniquely yours and remind you are using an artisan product that has been made with purpose and love in Melbourne.
